It could be CSN&Y, Santana, R&B, blues, Traffic, Norman Greenbaum, Beatles, Bee Gees, polka or jazz for all I care. It’s an Open Jam so it’s a song consensus among the players on stage at the time.  It’s a Jam, not a band showcase.  Do not hop up on stage without my approval. Thanks.

Friday 11/20 Comment from Laura:   The music last Wednesday was totally awesome.  MJ not only plays the piano supurbly with great groove, she also must have some kind of internal metronome — because her tempo (while of course different with every song) is rock solid.  What a great band leader and how lucky are the people who she invites to play with her?  They get to play and learn from her at the same time! Did I mention that she can and does play in all genres — not to mention writing her own songs.  Come see her — you will not be disappointed.
